Increasing rapid access to professional interpreters improves informed consent for hospitalized LEP patients

A system intervention that increases rapid, immediate access to professional interpreters (such as bedside interpreter phones) improves patient-reported informed consent for hospitalized patients with limited English proficiency undergoing invasive procedures.
