Description #
Free-text responses on the post-implementation survey surfaced a concrete usability barrier: nurses had difficulty using the board when the English word was not printed under the translated word, forcing them to flip through the boards to locate the English version. Nurses suggested adding an English translation directly below the other language to improve ease of use and efficiency — a design limitation that plausibly contributed to the low overall utilization.
